The provider reviews volume, item type, labor, access, stairs, carry distance, parking, and any disassembly or special handling.
Should everything be sorted first?
Yes where possible. Keep, review, donate or sell, and remove groups should be clear. The crew should not make family or estate decisions.
What items need separate approval?
Chemicals, paint, fuel, pressurized cylinders, medical waste, unknown liquids, attached fixtures, and unusually heavy items need advance review.
Do you guarantee donation?
No. Acceptance depends on item condition and the current rules of the receiving organization.
